葛根汤(合剂)治疗感冒(外感风寒证)的随机双盲对照研究

摘　　要：目的　评价葛根汤(合剂)治疗感冒(外感风寒证)的安全性和有效性。方法　入选240例感冒外感风寒 证患者,进行多中心、随机、双盲、阳性药平行对照研究。结果　230例完成试验,试验组、对照组各115例;试验组和 对照组愈显率分别为80.0%和68.7%(P=0.05),总有效率分别为95.7%和91.3%(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生 率均为0.87%,实验室检查均无异常。结论　葛根汤(合剂)能安全有效地治疗感冒(外感风寒证)。Objective To assess the clinical safety and efficacy of Gegentang mixture in the treatment of cold.Methods By the randomized,double-blind and active parallel controlled means,two hundred and forty patients with cold were selected and divided into two groups in the multicenter clinic trial.Results Two hundred and thirty patients had completed the trial,115 in tested group and 115 in controlled group,and the clinical cure and clear-effected rates of them were 80.0% and 68.7%(P= 0.05); the total effective rates were 95.7% and 91.3%(P> 0.05),respectively.The adverse reaction rates were both 0.87%.All laboratory examinations were normal.Conclusion Gegentang mixture can treat the cold safely and efficiently.
