摘  要:以固体硫酸钛经 4 5 0℃灼烧后制得改性硫酸钛 ,用改性硫酸钛吸附吡啶后的IR光谱表征其表面酸性 ;用氯乙酸和异辛醇的酯化反应考察其催化活性。结果表明 ,改性硫酸钛表面存在明显的Br nsted酸中心 ;并研究了酯化反应的优化条件 :当n(异辛醇 ) :n(氯乙酸 )为 1.1:1;催化剂用量为反应物料质量的 2 .5 %时 ,反应时间 90min ,氯乙酸异辛酯的收率达到 95 .8%。A new type of solid acid catalysts was prepared by calcination of titanium sulfate at 450 ℃, and the acid property was characterized by IR spectra of pyridine absorbed on the surface. The catalytic activity was determined for synthesis of 2-Ethylhexyl chloroacetate. The results showed that the catalysts had Brnsted acid centers and the catalytic activity increased with modified of calcination. By esterification of chloroacetic acid with 2-ethylhexyl alcohol, and reaction conditions have been discussed. The yield of the ester could reach 95.8% under the amount of moler ratio of 2-Ethylhexyl alcohol to chloroacetic acid 1.1:1. Time of reaction was 90 min.Amount of catalyst was 2.5%.
