摘　　要：研制出以改性氧化铝为载体,以钴、钼、镍为活性金属组分的重整预加氢催化剂DZ-1A,并且通过了小试、中试、活性稳定性试验。以大庆石化公司炼油厂常顶汽油为原料,在反应压力1.25MPa、体积空速2.5h-1、氢油体积比120:1、反应器平均温度271℃的工艺条件下,利用DZ-1A催化剂可生产出符合重整催化剂要求的汽油原料。A hydrotreating catalyst for reforming feedstocks(DZ-1A) was developed with modified alumina as support andCo-Mo-Ni as active metal components. Small scale experiment, pilot plant scale experiment and activity stability experiment wereconducted. Straight run gasoline of Daqing Petrochemical Company Refinery was used as feedstocks and under the followingoperating conditions: pressure of 1.25 MPa, volume space velocity of 2.5 h-1, hydrogen to oil volume ratio of 120:1 and the averageoperating bed temperature of 271℃, the treated gasoline can be used as feedstocks for the reforming unit.
