摘　　要：社会技术是社会主体改造社会世界、调整社会关系、控制社会运行的实践性知识体系。社会科学是社会技术的理论基础,社会技术是社会科学发生作用的中介。社会科学和社会技术一体化的趋势日益显现。社会科学向社会技术的转化是科学理论向社会实践的转化、客观必然性向主观目的性的转化、相对真理性向社会功利性的转化。Social technology is that the social subject transforms social world, adjusts the social relationships, and controls the practicality knowledge system of social operation. Social science is a theoretical foundation of social technology, and social technology is the intermediary of social science function. The trend with integrated social science and social technology is shown more distinctly. The transformation from social science to social technology is that from scientific theory to social practice, the objective necessity to the transformation of subjective purpose, relative transformation to social utility of truth.
