摘　　要：音视频模拟信号的DVD程序流至DVB传送流的转换方法不可避免地会降低转换后的节目质量.在分析DVD和DVB码流标准定义基础上,提出了一种基于音视频数字基本流的无损转换方法,并开发完成相应的软件工具包,用以实现音视频转换、系统信息生成、时间信息校正和复用等转换过程.对转换后生成的传送流的系统信息和时间信息进行了静态分析,并在数字视频广播系统平台上进行了应用测试,测试结果证明该转换方法正确,转换后的节目可用作DVB的入网节目源.When converting a digital video disk program stream (DVD PS) to a digital video broadcasting transport stream (DVB TS) in the video and audio analog signal level, the original quality of the DVD program certainly will be lost. Based on the standards and definitions of DVD and DVB bitstreams, an approach for lossless converting in the digital video and audio elementary stream level was studied. Software kits for converting DVD PS to DVB TS were implemented to convert the video TS and audio TS, reconfigure system information, adjust the time code, and multiplex the sub-TS. The static information of the DVB TS generated was analyzed, and included system and time information. An application test based on the platform of a DVB system was also implemented. The results show that this approach for lossless converting is correct and generates programs that can be used in a DVB system.
