摘　　要：　目的　评价所建立的适合我国城市社区人群的高血压社区照顾路径的效果、效益、可行性和可推广性。方法　采用同期非随机对照试验和个人深入访谈法, 对所建立的社区照顾路径进行评价。结果　实施高血压社区照顾路径, 提高社区患者对高血压相关知识的知晓率, 改善高血压患者的生存质量, 提高患者的满意度。结论　高血压社区照顾路径在提高医院运行效率的同时规范了医疗服务, 是一套非常实用的疾病管理方法。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness,benefit,feasibility and extrapolability of the clinical pathway developed in urban community for the patients with hypertension.Methods The clinical pathway developed in urban community was evaluated by non-random concurrent controlled trial and individual depth interview.Results Many aspects of the patients in experimental group improved,including the life quality,satisfaction and the awareness of the knowledge on hypertension.Conclusion The clinical pathway developed in urban community for patients with hypertension is necessary to enhance the efficiency of hospital and to standardize the medical care service.The clinical pathway may be a kind of very practical method for disease management.
