摘  要:针对珠江电厂#4机组给水泵小汽轮机轴封疏水系统设计不合理的情况,分析了具体原因,并在此基础上提出了优化建议和改进措施。后经运行证明,明显缩短了给水泵小汽轮机的启动时间,有效地提高了主机的真空度。同时,对相同条件下整个机组进行的经济性对比分析也显示,机组的热效率、热耗率和发电标准煤耗率分别由原来的39.04%、9222.47kJ/kW·和315.1kg/kW·h提高到优化h后39.25%、9172.70kJ/kW·h和313.4kg/kW·h。The irrationalityof the drainage system and shaft gland system of the tiny turbine of the feed pump in design are analyzed for No.4 turbine unit in Zhujiang Power Plant. The improvement and optionaladvice are present based on the analyzing. Running experiments prove that the application of these suggestions and improvements have obviously shortened the starting time of tiny turbine of feed pump and increased the vacuum degree of the unit, effectively. Meanwhile, economical efficiency comparison of the unit at the same condition show that the heat efficiency, heat productivity and standard coal consumption rate for generating of No.4 unit are respectively raised from 39.04%, 9222.47kJ/kW·h, 315.1kg/kW·h to 39.25%, 9172.70kJ/kW·h, 314.5kg/kW·h.
