摘 要:合成了新荧光试剂5 (4 )氟苯偶氮) 8 水杨醛缩氨基喹啉(p FPSAQ),探讨了与Cu2+反应的荧光性质。在pH8.5的缓冲体系中,p FPSAQ与Cu2+形成2∶1络合物;线性范围5.0~90.0ng L,检出限为2.43ng L,可用于自来水中铜的测定。Preparation and characterization of new fluorescence reagent 5-(4-fluorophenylazo)-8-salicylidene-aminoquinoline were studied. The fluorescence intensity was studied based on the reaction of Cu^(2+) with p-FPSAQ at different pH values. At pH 8.5, the relative fluorescence intensity was enhanced when copper ion was added. A fluorescence enhancing method for the determination of trace copper (Ⅱ) was developed. Under the optimum conditions, the response is linearly proportional to the concentration of copper (Ⅱ) ion between 5.0 and 90.0 ng/L. The limit of detection is 2.43 ng/L for copper (Ⅱ) ion. The method has been used to determine trace amounts of copper (Ⅱ) ion in water samples, and it is a simple, rapid, sensitive and specific method.
