快原子轰击质谱法测定宽漠王体中的K^+

摘  要:采用快原子轰击质谱法(FAB)对漠王族中宽漠王(MantichorulagrandisSemenow)体中的微量元素K+进行定量测定。以锂离子作为测定时的内标物,在质谱图中用K+和Li+的丰度比定出钾离子的含量。研究了有无底物,快原子轰击能量,以及共存元素等因素对测定结果的影响。对实验结果的精密度,准确度以及检出限进行了测定。Fast atom bombardment (FAB) mass spectrometry has been developed as a powerful tool for analyzing structurally significant information from a wide range of materials. This method is well suited to analysis of metal ions. Up to now, a number of detection methods have been developed to assay alkali ions, such as atom absorption spectrometry, atom emission spectrometry (ICPAES). It is not reported that using FAB as a method analyze the alkali ions quantity. In this study, K^+ in Mantichorula grandis Semenow was determined by fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry. Li^+ was used as the internal standard and the concentration of K^+ was calculated from I_(K^+)/I_(Li^+) obtained by mass spectrometry. The effects of matrix and the energy of FAB on the experimental results were studied, and the interference from the coexisting metal ions was also investigated. The determination limit and RSD are 0.0564 ng and 9.6% respectively. Recovery of the method is 95.2%~97.3%. The results are satisfactory.
