毓宫胶囊对子宫发育不良大鼠下丘脑β-内啡肽含量影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的本实验通过中药毓宫胶囊对肾阳虚型子宫发育不良大鼠下丘脑β-内啡肽( β-EP)含量的影响,探讨其治疗子宫发育不良的作用机理。方法将60只35 - 40d的健康雌性大鼠随机分为6组,采用中药毓宫胶囊大、中、小三个剂量组及中药右归丸为对照组,测定各组大鼠下丘脑β-EP含量。结果中药毓宫胶囊大、中剂量组动物垂体、子宫湿重、子宫指数较模型组显著上升(P <0 .0 1 ) ;下丘脑β-EP含量测定中药毓宫胶囊大、中剂量组较模型组降低,有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1 )。结论中药毓宫胶囊具有雌激素样作用,可使去卵巢大鼠垂体、子宫湿重、子宫指数增加,从而促进子宫发育;肾阳虚型子宫发育不良大鼠下丘脑β-EP含量明显升高,毓宫胶囊可降低去势大鼠下丘脑β-EP含量,改善肾阳虚症状。ObjectivesTo observe the effect of Yugong capsule on β-EP in hypotha lamus of rats with kidney-yang deficiency of hypolasia of uterus and discuss the mechanism of treatment.Methods 60 female SD rats at the age of 35-40 days were randomly divided into 6 groups. The three treated groups were fed with deferent decoction of Yugong capsule ——the large, the moderate and little, at the same time, fed the comparated group with Yougui Pill to mensurate the content of β-E P in hypothalamus. Results The weight of hypophysis, the weight percentage of ut erine to bodies of the large and moderate groups were significantly higher than those of model group (p<0.01) . Yugong capsule groups ——the large and the mode rate have statistical significance to decrease the content of β-EP in hypothala mus compared with model group (p<0.01).Conclusions Yugong capsule can decrease the content of β-EP in hypothalamus Rats with kidney-yang deficiency of uterus.
