摘  要:目的了解皮肤软组织扩张器囊壁对多种药物溶液的渗透性。方法按常规方法自注射壶将一定浓度的药物注入扩张器,分别将其置于实验装置内及室内常温下,分时段取实验装置内及扩张器囊内溶液,用高效液相色谱仪及容量器测定其渗透的成分及容量。结果扩张器囊壁有一定的渗透性,渗透量与扩张器囊内压力大小有关,而本组4种药物溶质在21d内渗透量为0。结论皮肤软组织扩张器囊壁不是所有药物的良好通透体,以某些药物做为扩张溶液的软组织扩张术临床疗效有待商榷。Objective:To study the effect of the wall of subcutaneous tissue expansive device on osmosis of 4 kinds of solutions.Methods:Drug of certein concentration was injected into expansive device with usual method, then the device was either put into the experimental device or placed at room temperature. Either solution was taken at certein time course. And the composition and quantities of the solutions were determined with high performance liquid chromatography and volume device.Results:The wall of expansive device showed osmosis to some extent, and the quantities of osmosis was correlated with the intra-pressure of expansive device.The quantities of osmosis of the 4 Kinds of solution were zero in 21 days.Conclusion:The wall of subcutaneous tissue expansive device should not be a good osmosis device for all drugs. The clinical effect should be further discussed.
