摘  要:用溶胶凝胶法制备了Ti3(PW12O40)4/SiO2Al2O3催化氧化吸附剂,用于二苯并噻吩的氧化吸附脱除实验,考察了吸附剂中钛含量、反应温度、吸附剂用量、双氧水用量及反应时间对脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,在最佳的实验条件(n(Ti)/n(H)为3、吸附剂用量为5%、n(H2O2)/n(S)为3、反应温度为70℃)下反应2h,该吸附剂可将二苯并噻吩的石油醚溶液中的硫质量分数由200μg/g降至2μg/g,脱硫率达99%,且具有较好的再生性能。The Ti 3(PW 12O 40) 4/SiO 2-Al 2O 3 adsorbent wa s prepared by sol-gel method, and the effect of titanium content of the adsorbe nt and the reaction conditions, such as the reaction temperature, the amounts of adsorbent and hydrogen peroxide, and the reaction time, etc., on the desulfuriz ation of dibenzothiphene-sulfone were investigated in the laboratory. Under the optimal conditions of a reaction temperature of 70℃, a molar ratio of titanium to hydrogen of 3, an adsorbent amount of 5%, a molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to sulfur of 3 and a reaction time of 2 h, the sulfur content in the petroleum ether solution of dibenzothiphene-sulfone reduced from 200 μg/g to 2 μg/g, th e sulfur removal rate reached 99%. The said adsorbent also had quite good regene rability.
