摘　　要：美国发动的伊拉克战争不仅在政治上失算,而且还把反恐战争拖入歧途.伊拉克重建前景扑朔迷离,无论美国还将出台哪些举措,伊拉克局势都是美国难以料及的.The U.S. notonly miscalculated politically by starting war on Iraq, but also led the anti-terrorism astray. Theprospect for Iraq's reconstruction remains complicated and confused. No matter what measures the U.S. dishes up, its future in Iraq would be difficult and unpredictable.
