摘　　要：印度与巴基斯坦的关系在2004年取得新的进展,形成两国良性互动态势.由于两国在重大问题上的立场难有实质性改变,印巴关系的改善将是一个长期的过程,希冀近期出现重大突破是不现实的,但两国改善关系的趋势有望持续下去.. Indiaand Pakistan made new progress in their relations in 2004 and formed a sound interacting posture. Because the two countries could hardly make substantial changes on their respective stands on major issues, it will be a long-term process for the two countries to improve their relations. It's unrealistic to expect that an important breakthrough will occur recently. However, it is still hopeful that the trend of improving their relations will keep going on.
