摘　　要：从信息技术对企业外部竞争环境和内部组织结构的影响出发,阐述了信息技术作为企业的战略性资源和必需品在企业战略中的地位和对企业战略的影响,同时指出了影响信息技术在企业中发挥作用的因素。Starting from the influences of the information technique on the external competitive environment and internal organizational structure of the enterprises, this paper expounds the position of the information technique being as the strategic resource and necessities of the enterprises in the strategy of the enterprises and its influence on the strategy of the enterprises, and puts forward some factors influencing the function of the information technique in the enterprises.
