摘　　要：临钢5#高炉大修设计中采用了无料钟炉顶,旋流式顶燃热风炉,外滤式布袋除尘器,助燃风机集中供风,PLC上料控制及热风温度控制,陶瓷杯综合炉底等实用技术,为高炉的高效长寿创造了条件。In the design of the major repair of 5#blast furnace of Linfen Steel &Iron Complex, some practical technology such as bell-less top, whirling top-burning furnace, outer-filtering baggy dust remover, collective wind supplying through assisting air-blowers, PLC feeding control, hot-air temperature control and porcelain-cupped bottom, etc. have been applied, creating the conditions for improving the efficiency and prolonging the service life of the blast furnace.
