摘　　要：针对网络学术资源内容涉及面广、形式多样且分布现象复杂,传统的同行评议方法及一些定性评价指标难以付诸实践的现状,提出一个新的评价学术网站功能的量化指标——网站被文献引用数,并通过实证分析及理论阐述论证该指标用于学术网站评价的可靠性及可行性。Academic information resources on the Internet appear in different forms with large information, Internet information distributes in a complex way. Peer review and other qualitative evaluation indicators are difficult to put into application to Internet academic information resources. So, it is urgent to create some new quantitative indicators to evaluate academic web sites. This paper puts forward a new indicator, namely, the numbers that web sites cited by other literatures (NWCL), to evaluate the reliability and application of academic websites by using examples.
