图书馆书目数据合并的难点与对策

摘　　要：简述湖南科技大学合并前的基本情况;介绍通常所采取的两种书目数据合并方法——彻底法与权宜法,并对其利弊进行比较;重点以湖南科技大学图书馆书目数据合并工作为例,具体分析采用权宜法进行合并书目数据过程中可能出现的各种问题,包括自动化管理系统不统一导致的数据格式不一致、分类法与书次号选取方法相同或相异导致的同书异号或异书同号、合并后条码可能大量重复等,并提出相应对策。With the deepening of educational reform, the integration of colleges becomes inevitable. The first problem faced by integrated academic libraries will be the amalgamation of bibliographic data and sharing of information resources. Taking Hunan University of Science and Technology as an example, problems emerged in the bibliographic data amalgamation are analyzed. Then the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
