重视对图书作者简介的规范

摘　　要：图书分编是文献工作的基础,书中的作者简介则是图书分编的重要依据。目前出版的图书,其作者简介存在不规范的现象,无法满足图书的正常分编,且不利于文献标准化、规范化的实施。对此指出,只有规范图书中的作者简介,才能保证图书馆分编图书的质量,才能使文献工作稳步发展。同时,规范作者简介要结合实际工作,要符合客观性、一致性、效益性三个原则。The cataloguing of books is the foundation the library and information services, while the authors brief introduction is the basis of the catalogue of books. But many brief introductions published in books are not normalized, which cannot meet the requirements for books cataloguing and the realization of the information resource normalization and standardization. Only when the authors brief introduction are written after some standards, then the quality of the books catalogue can be guaranteed and the cultural heritage work can be developed steadily.
