摘　　要：文物出版社出版《张家山汉墓竹简(二四七号墓)》,是学术界又一盛举。遗憾的是简文注释过于简约。因此,笔者搜集了文献、简帛的相关资料为其中的《二年律令》部份,在原注的基础上进行集释,希望能对这部法律的研究提供资料上的帮助。本文是对《贼律》的“集释”。The cultural object publishing house publishes THE HAN GRAVE BAMBOO STRIPS OF ZHANG JIA SHAN(No.247), is an academic circles again a great undertaking. This text is in explanation of THE LAW OF THE THIEVES.
