摘　　要：创作于二十世纪初叶的《虹》,代表了英国现代文学作家戴维·赫伯特·劳伦斯的最高成就。在《虹》中,劳伦斯采用现实主义创作手法,从自然、社会、心理的不同层面表现主人公在与自我、他人和社会的冲突中不断寻求完美的过程,显示了劳伦斯探索新的小说形式的实验精神。Created in the early 20th century, The Rainbow by English modern literary writer David Herbert Lawrence is the highest achievement of the author in writing. In the novel, with the combination of realism and modernism,esp. images and symbolism, Lawrence presented the development of the protagonists in their conflicts with ego, others and society from the natural, social and psychological perspectives. Meanwhile, his exploration of the new form of the novel reveals his effort of the experiment in the works.
