摘　　要：信息资源共享和互操作技术是数字城市建设中所要解决的核心问题。在分析已有互操作技术的基础上,结合最新的WebServices 技术的技术特点,探讨了基于WebServices 的互操作和资源共享技术,提出了面向数字城市的信息资源共享与互操作框架。It is a key issue of information resource sharing and interoperation technology to the construction of digital city. By analyzing the old interoperation technology and taking the advantage of the advanced technology——Web services, the technology based on web services to achieve information resource sharing and interoperation is discussed, and then a frame digital city oriented of information resource sharing and interoperation is presented.
