复方麝香注射液辅治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察佐用复方麝香注射液治疗中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法50例HIE患儿随机分为两组,治疗组25例,对照组25例,两组除进行相同的常规治疗外,治疗组于生后第3天加用复方麝香注射液2～4ml/d,溶于10%GS15ml中静滴,每日1次,疗程7天,观察临床症状并进行评分。结果治疗组临床症状明显改善,有效率提高,与对照组比较,差异显著。结论辅用复方麝香注射液治疗HIE疗效明显,无不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fufangshexiang injection in treating hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:50cases were divided into two groups at random,besides the routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with fufangshexiang injection2～4ml/d mixed with10%GS15ml by intravenous drip for seven days at the third day after birth.Results:The overall effective rate was88%in the treatment group and64%in the control group,the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuˉfangshexiang injection is effective in treating HIE and no side effects are found.
