摘 要:【目的】探讨一氧化氮(NO)前体 L- 精氨酸(L Arg)对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)肝损伤的作用。【方法】用大鼠制成SAP模型,分别注射L Arg、生理盐水和 NO合酶抑制剂 L- 精氨酸甲酯(L -NAME),观察各组大鼠血中肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,肝功能指标 ALT(谷草转氨酶)、AST(谷丙转氨酶)及LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)的变化,并观察肝脏和胰腺的病理学改变。【结果】L -Arg组血中 TNF- α、MDA的含量显著降低(P<0.05), 肝功能指标明显改善,肝脏和胰腺病理损害减轻(P<0.05);L NAME组肝功能指标及肝脏病理损害加重。【结论】SPA时,L Arg可减少TNF- α及氧自由基的产生和释放,对合并肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。To investigate the effect of L-arginine on liver damage in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).SAP models were induced in rats ,then the rats were injected with L-Arg、L-NAME and normal saline respectively ,The levels of TNF-α and malondialdehyde(MDA) in blood were measured, the change of ALT、AST and LDH in serum was detected, the pathology alteration of liver and pancreas was also observed.In L-Arg group, the levels of TNF-α and MDA in blood were significantly lower than those in NS group (P<0.05), the AST、ALT and LDH in serum were decreased too (P<0.05).The liver and pancreatic pathologic damage score improved. In L-NAME group, the liver function and liver tissue had greater injury (P<0.05).[Conclusion]During the course of SAP, L-Arg could reduce levels of TNF-α and oxygen free radicals, and is beneficial to prevent liver damage.
