摘  要:【目的】探讨直接数字化 X线摄影(direct digital radiography, DR)中的双能量减影(dual energysubtraction,DES)技术对胸部小结节性病变(直径<1.5cm)的诊断价值。【方法】对40例DR检查时发现胸部小结节性病变的患者进行DR双能量减影检查,由两位影像医生把每一患者的普通 DR图像与 DES 图像作对比分析,评价两者对肺部小结节的显示情况。【结果】DES图像能比普通 DR图像检出更多的肺小结节,且DES图像对结节病变的显示更清楚。【结论】DR双能量减影技术可以有效地去除胸廓骨组织影的遮挡影响,获得单纯的软组织图像,使肺部病变显示更清楚,特别是对与肋骨、锁骨重叠的肺小结节显示明显优于普通DR图像;这项技术对DR 诊断胸部小结节性病变是有利的补充。To evaluate the clinic value of in dual-energy subtraction (DES) technique direct digital radiography(DR) on diagnosing small chest nodules (diameter<1.5 cm).DES technique was performed in 40 patients who were suffering small chest nodules found out by regular DR, and the comparative analysis was made in the findings on regular DR images and DES soft tissue images respectively by two radiologists.DES images could detect more small chest nodules and show the lesions clearer than regular DR images.[Conclusion]Dual-energy subtraction technique can eliminate the influence of bones effectively, then get a pure soft tissue image, which is superior to regular DR images on detecting small chest nodule lesions clearer, especially for the small nodules overlapped by ribs. DES technique is a useful supplement to DR on diagnosing small chest nodules.
