摘  要:对3株球孢白僵菌的液体深层培养研究表明,碳源、氮源对白僵菌液生分生孢子的形成具有显著影响.葡萄糖、蔗糖、乳糖是液体培养分生孢子的较好碳源,而黄豆粉、花生粉、(NH4)2SO4则是较理想的氮源.吐温80对白僵菌液生分生孢子的形成具有显著的影响,培养基中吐温80含量在0.4%~0.8%之间时,有利于液生分生孢子的形成,产孢量(n)达7.30×10^10~24.13×10^10L^-1.对2~3龄马尾松毛虫幼虫的室内毒力测定表明,液生分生孢子和气生分生孢子对马尾松毛虫的毒力相近.图1表6参16。Three strains of Beauveria bassiana (Bals.) Vuill. were cultivated in submerged culture. The results showed that the submerged sporulation depended on a delicate equilibrium in the composition of the medium. Various carbon and nitrogen sources greatly affected the production of submerged conidia. Dextrose, sucrose and lactose were effective for sporulation of the conidia. Soybean powder, peanut powder and (NH 4) 2SO 4 were suitable nitrogen sources for the conidia formation. The media containing 0.4%~0.8% Tween 80 were more efficient for producing the conidia 〔n(spore)=7.30×10 10~24.13×10 10 L -1〕. In addition, the pathogenicity of the conidia was compared with that of aerial conidia in laboratory bioassay. The data indicated that there was no significant difference in the toxicity to 2nd~3rd instar larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus between the submerged conidia and aerial conidia. Fig 1, Tab 6, Ref 16
