摘 要:目的:采用99Tcm-放射性生物微球技术探讨急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)时肺、肾微循环的变化。方法:将SD大鼠64只,随机分为对照组和ANP组,以5%牛磺胆酸钠胰腺被膜下均匀注射诱发ANP模型;应用99Tcm标记牛蛙红细胞技术制备放射性生物微球,测定制模后30min、2h、6h、12h的肺和肾脏血流量。观察肺、肾组织学改变。结果:99Tcm-牛蛙红细胞符合放射性生物微球在微循环研究中的各项理化指标的要求;ANP组各时相之肺和肾脏血流量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。镜下显示对照组肺、肾组织检查无明显异常,ANP组30min即有组织学损害,并随时间的延长而更加严重。结论:采用99Tcm标记牛蛙红细胞制备放射性生物微球技术是研究组织脏器微循环的可靠方法;ANP时肺、肾脏微循环血流量明显降低,导致肺、肾脏组织受损。Objective: To explore the changes of lung and kidney microcirculation follwing acute necro-tizing pancreatitis(ANP) with 99Tcm-Redioactive biomicrosphere technique. Methods: Sixty four rats were randomized divided into control group and ANP group. The model of ANP was established by injection of 5% sodium taurocholate into pancreatic capsule. Bullfrog RBC labelled with 99Tcm technique to obtain re-dioactive biomicrosphere was used to measure the blood flow of lung and kidney at 1/2 h, 2 h, 6 h, 12h after ANP. Meanwhile, samples of tissues were collected to observe the changes of histology. Results:99 Tcm-Redioactive biomicrosphere measureing the microcirculation was standard in physical and chemical character. Comparing with control group, the pulmonary and renal blood flow was decreased significantly ( P < 0. 05 ) , pulmonary and renal pathological changes were aggravated significantly in ANP group all the phase. Conclusion: Bullfrog RBC labelled with 99Tcm was a good radioactive biomicrosphere technique and a reliable way in study of microcirculation. The decreasing of pulmonary and renal blood flow played an important role in lung and kidney injury in ANP.
