摘  要: 将封闭的阳台作为一个整体,建立了热平衡方程,并依据天津典型年气象资料进行了热平衡计算.根据工程设计习惯,对负荷计算方法进行了简化,得出了天津地区被阳台封闭外围护结构的温差修正系数和传热系数修正系数.结论说明将阳台封闭是降低围护结构耗热量的有效途径.Taking the enclosed balcony as a whole, the thermal equilibrium equation is found. And the thermal equilibrium is calculated according to the meteorological data of typical year in Tianjin. In accordance with the conventional practice of engineering design the method of calculating heat load is simplified, and the correction factors of the temperature difference and the heat transfer factor of exterior-protected construction with the enclosed balcony in Tianjin are presented. The conclusion shows that balcony being enclosed is an effective approach to reduce heat consumption of exterior-protected construction.
