摘　　要：剖析了前固定盖板、后固定盖板、预分梳板和棉网清洁器在FA212型梳棉机上的分梳效能,对这4种附加分梳元件的工艺配置及改善半成品、成纱质量进行了试验分析,并提出了安装附加分梳元件的问题及建议。Analysis is done to the front stationary flat top and rear stationary flat top,precarding element and cotton sheet cleaner as to their carding effect on the carding machine FA212.Trial analysis is done to the process layout of the four added carding elements in improving semi-product and spinning quality.Some suggestion is put forth regarding installation of added carding elements.
