β_2-肾上腺素能受体基因多态性与支气管哮喘分期关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨β2-肾上腺素能受体(β2-AR)16、27位点基因多态性与支气管哮喘分期的关系。方法采用等位基因特异性聚合酶链反应方法,对36例支气管哮喘急性期患者、38例缓解期患者进行β2-AR基因多态性检测。结果急性期组与缓解期组β2-AR16位点基因型频率分别为:精氨酸/甘氨酸50.0%、44.7%,甘氨酸/甘氨酸33.3%、36.9%,精氨酸/精氨酸16.7%、18.4%;27位点分别为:谷氨酰胺/谷氨酸55.6%、47.4%,谷氨酰胺/谷氨酰胺33.3%、36.8%,谷氨酸/谷氨酸11.1%、15.8%,两组比较,差异均无显著性意义。结论β2-AR16、27位点基因多态性与支气管哮喘分期无关联。Objective To study the association between β2-AR genetic polymorphism and asthmatic stages. Methods Allele Specific-PCR techniques were used to determine 16、27 locialleles of β2-AR genetic polymorphisms in 36 patients at actual exacerbation stage, 38 patients at stable stage of asthma. Results The frequency of genotypeβ2-AR 16 locus in actual exacerbation, stable stage of asthma: Arg/ Gly account for 50. 0%、44. 7%, Arg/Arg 16. 7%、18. 4% and Gly/Gly 33. 3%、36. 9% respectively. The frequency of genotypeβ2-AR 27 locus in actual exacerbation、stable stage of asthma: GLn/Glu accounts for 55. 6%、47. 4%, Gin/Gin 33. 3%、36. 8% and Glu/Glu 11.1%、15. 8% respectively. There are no significant difference in the frequencies of genotypes and alleles of 16、27 loci compared between both groups. Conclusion These results suggest thatβ2-AR 16、27 loci polymorphisms is not correlated with stages of asthma.
