Water Model Cold Simulation Test and Application of Carbon-Oxygen Lance for Steelmaking of Consteel Arc Furnace

摘  要:通过冷态水模型试验 ,改进了西宁特钢引进的Consteel碳氧枪技术 ,确定了喷头倾角 2 5° ,氧枪进入工作位后与炉底水平面保持 35°~ 5 0°夹角等技术参数。该项改进的技术改善了电弧炉内钢液温度场和流场 ,减少炉底和炉门局部侵蚀 ,加强钢水液面的旋转。应用结果表明 ,每只氧枪炼钢的炉数达到 4 86炉 ,电弧炉炉壳寿命提高 2 8炉 ,每炉钢冶炼时间缩短 8min。The imported Consteel carbon-oxygen lance technology at Xining Special Steel has been improved by water model cold simulation test to determine the technical parameters - 25 degrees slope angle of jet and angle included between lance at service position and a horizontal plane of furnace bottom to maintain 35~50 degrees. The modified technology improved the temperature field and fluid field of liquid steel in arc furnace, decreased the etch of bottom and gate of furnace and intensified the whirl of surface of liquid steel. The application results showed that the heat number of steelmaking by each lance was up to 486 heats, the life of arc furnace wall increased by 28 heats, tap to tap time decreased by 8 min.
