摘  要:除电弧炉容量外 ,原料、辅助能源、冶炼品种、冶炼工艺和生产流程等生产状况均影响电弧炉变压器额定容量的确定。经分析得出以废钢为原料的超高功率电弧炉变压器额定容量Pn kVA与吨钢电耗W、变压器功率利用率C2 、总通电时间ton、出钢量G之间的关系式为 :Pn =(W·G·6 0 ) (ton·cosφ·C2 ) ,同时给出了二次电压的确定方法。结合高阻抗技术 。Besides capacity of electric arc furnace, the production conditions such as charging, melting steel grade, steelmaking process and production flow sheet influence the determination of rating capacity of transformer for electric arc furnace. It has been obtained by analysis that for ultra-high power (UHP) electric arc furnace using scrap charging the relation formula between rating capacity of transformer Pn and parameters- electric power consumption W, transformer power utilization ratio C 2, total power on time t on and steel tapping tonnage W is P n = (W·G·60)/(t on·cosφ·C 2), and the setting method of transformer's secondary voltage is given. Combined with high-impedance techniques, the methods to determine the reactance capacity and transformer technical parameters of UHP electric arc furnace and the idea to determine the section of graphite electrode are presented in this paper.
