摘 要:目的 :了解浙江温州地区乙肝病毒基因型分布 ,初步评价微流芯片分析仪在乙肝病毒基因分型中的应用特点。方法 :用HBV基因型特异引物经聚合酶链反应扩增温州地区 10 2 0例慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBV ,其扩增产物应用微流芯片检测。结果 :该地区 10 2 0例患者中 966例有基因分型结果 ,其中B型 2 0. 49% (198/ 966)、C型66. 46% (64 2 / 966) ,B、C混合型 4 87% (4 7/ 966) ,C、B混合型 6 2 1% (60 / 966) ,D型 1 97% (19/ 966)。结论 :浙江温州地区乙型肝炎病毒基因型分布具有北方流行特点 ,微流芯片在同类检测方法中具有灵敏、准确、快速优势。Objective:To investigate the distribution of hepatitis B virus genotypes of 1 020 patients with hepatitis B in Wenzhou area and preliminarily identify and evaluate the applied characteristics of microfludic chip for analysis of hepatitis B virus genotype.Methods:Amplifing the HBV DNA of 1 020 patients with chronic hepatitis B in Wenzhou area under the HBV genotype specific primers by polymerize chain reaction. The amplicans was detected by microfludic chip. Results: Among the 1020 patients with chronic hepatitis B in Wenzhou Area,the 966 cases of the genotype of hepatitis B virus had been determined. Among them the rate of genotype B was 20 49% (198/966),genotype C was 66 46% (642/966),the B、 C mix type was 4 87% (47/966), the C、B mix type was 6 21% (60/966), genotype D was 1 97%(19/966). Conclusion: The distribution of hepatitis B virus genotypes of patients with hepatitis B in Wenzhou area is similar with that in the north of China.The advantages of microfludic chip method are sensitive accurate,fast and economical when using it for HBV genotype test comparing with other relative methods.
