摘　　要：系统阐述了知识管理的基本概念、本体技术,提出了基于本体技术的知识管理系统模型,把本体技术引入到知识管理系统中,构建企业的知识管理系统,最后介绍了一个基于本体的知识管理系统的体系结构和工作原理。The research of knowledge management and knowledge management system is a significant field. Introduces the concept of knowledge management,the feature of ontology technology,and puts forward the model of ontology-based knowledge management,brings the ontology technology into knowledge management system,to build a knowledge management system of enterprise. The structure and working principle of ontology-based knowledge management system are introduced.
