切挂选择缝合术治疗急性期高位复杂性肛瘘临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察切挂选择缝合术提高急性期高位复杂性肛瘘疗效、减少术后并发症的效果。方法对23例患者给予中西医结合术式“切开、挂线、选择缝合术治疗。结果23例一次性治愈22例,1例切口感染后经二”次手术引流而愈;平均疗程(23.61±1.71)d。结论切挂选择缝合术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘急性期疗效好、痛苦小、疗程短,且并发症和后遗症少。Objective:To raise cure-rate of high complex fistula-in-ano and to reduce the postoperative complication.Methods:23 patients with acute high comples fistula-in-ano by using incision cutting setion drainage and selective suture.Results:The cure rate of once for all is 95.67%and a patient was cured by second operation.The par times of care were(23.61±1.71) days.Conclusion:The operative approach of incision,cutting setion and drainage,selective suture therapy of acute high fistula-in-ano has great advantages of less surgical injury,shortening treatment course,raising cure rate and protecting the anal functions.
