养心通脉片对动脉粥样硬化大鼠痰瘀病机的影响

摘　　要：目的观察养心通脉片(YTT)对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠痰瘀病机的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂饲法复制Wistar大鼠AS模型,随机分为三组。YTT组服YTT,绞股蓝总苷片(Met)组服胶股蓝总苷片,模型组不给药,另以正常大鼠为正常组。实验结束后检测血脂、血糖、血液流变学、胰岛素,并作光镜、电镜检测。结果YTT对AS大鼠有明显的降脂效果,能改善血液流变性和胰岛素抵抗,并能消退斑块,维持主动脉组织结构及功能。结论YTT改善AS大鼠痰瘀病机有良好的效果。Objective:To obsere the effect of Yangxingtangmai Tablet (养心通脉片,YTT) on the pathological mechanism of the syndrome of Phlegm and Blood Stasis in athcrosclerotic rat.Methods:Atherosclerotic rat model was developed by high fat gorage.They were randomly divided into three groups.The treatment was treated by YTT,and the conrtol group with Mat,the model group don't give medicine,the other is normal group.After experiment is over,blood lipid,blood sugar,hemorheology,insulin and optic,electromicroscope were detected.Results:YTT could decrease blood lipid,improre hemorheolgy,alter insulin resistance and fadeway hyperplastic plaque of arterial tissue.Conclusion:YTT can effectively improve the pathology of the Phlegm and Blood Stasis in As.
