浅谈图书馆学会的科学管理

摘　　要：10年前,中国图书馆学会和大多数省市自治区图书馆学会相继成立,我国图书馆学研究和图书馆事业跨入了新的历史时期。10年来,各级学会在党的领导下,发挥了自身具有的知识密集、人才荟萃的智囊特点,运用了沟通上下及横向联系的有利条件,开展了各项专题研究和进行了形式多样的国内外学术交流活动,为促进图书馆学研究和图书馆事业的发展,为社会主义的两个文明建设,做出了积极的贡献。但是。The societies of library science with a national circulation or belonging to provinces,municipali-ties and autonomous regions had established one after another before 10 years.These societies havemade active contributions in promoting research on library science and development of library serviceand serving for socialist construction of two civilization for 10 years.But some problems also exist,such as no full of vagor and activities of many members being mobilized unfully.In order to changethis situation,the scientific management of societies are followed with interest.The scientific manage-ment of the society includes 5 the aspects:management of members,management of academic activi-ties,management of the society journal,management of financial a fairs,and management ofachievements.As long as we proceed from practice,learn and apply modern knowledge of scientificmanagement,author predict that the societies of library science will be certainly tuned and managedwell.
