摘  要:目的:利用非水反相高效液相色谱法研究脂肝宁胶囊中以及虎杖药材提取物中大黄素在大鼠体内的药代学。方法:大鼠灌胃给药,取血浆经水解、提取后用非水反相高效液相色谱法测定大黄素的含量。结果:大鼠灌胃给予含相同剂量大黄素的脂肝宁胶囊及虎杖药材提取物后药时曲线均符合二房室模型,药动学参数t1/2α,AUC(0~∞),CL(s)及Cmax在脂肝宁胶囊组及虎杖药材提取物组间均有显著性差异。结论:脂肝宁胶囊中大黄素及虎杖药材提取物中大黄素在大鼠体内的药代学具有显著差异。Objective: To study the difference in the pharmacokinetics of emodin in Zhiganning capsules and Rhizoma Polygontum Cuspidatum by nonaqueous RP-HPLC. Method: The rats were orally administered with the extraction of Rhizoma Polygontum Cuspidatum and Zhiganning capsules. After hydrolysis and extraction, the content of emodin in the plasma is determined by Nonaqueous RP-HPLC. Result: The concentration-time profiles of emodin fit two-compartment model. The pharmacokinetics parameters including, t_(1/2α), AUC_((0~∞)),CL_((s)) and C_(max) of emodin in the group of Rhizoma Polygontum Cuspidatum were significantly different from these in the group of its compounds. Conclusion: There is a significant difference in pharmacokinetics of emodin between zhiganning capsules and the extraction of Rhizoma Polygontum Cuspidatum.
