摘　　要：测量了(yxf)-30°切La3Ga5SiO14(LGS)晶体30～300℃温度范围内的谐振特性.室温时压电常数d11和d14分别为5.59×10-12C/N和-5.01×10-12C/N.在室温至300℃范围内(yxl)-30°切La3Ga5SiO14晶片厚度切变振动的谐振频率和机电耦合系数k′26都随温度升高而升高,因此压电常数d11和d14也随温度升高而略有升高.The frequency response of (yxl)-30° cut of La3Ga5SiO14 crystal was studied between room temperature and 300°C. The piezoelectric constants d11 and d14 were determined to be 5.59 × 10-12 C/N and -5.01 × 10-12 C/N, respectively, at room temperature. The resonant frequency and electromechanical coupling coefficient k prime 26 of thickness shear vibration of (yxl)-30° cut showed positive temperature coefficients. Thus, the calculated piezoelectric constants d11 and d14 were found to increase with increase of temperature.
