摘　　要：探讨了袋鼠花组织培养过程中的外植体生长诱导与增殖培养基的筛选 ;生根及驯化移栽等关键技术环节 ;整理了一套适合袋鼠花属植物的组培快繁体系 ,使袋鼠花通过组培快繁实现大规模育苗成为可能。The key technologies of rapidly propagating Anigozanthos such as the induction of explants and screening of enrichment media as well as rooting, acclimatizing and transplanting were studied, and a system of rapidly propagating Anigozanthos through tissue culture was set up, which made it possible extensively growing Anigozanthos seedlings through tissue culture and rapid propagation.
