猪繁殖呼吸综合征弱毒疫苗的研制

摘　　要：PRRSV SA 弱毒株免疫仔猪 ,无不良临床表现 ,不排毒 ;免疫怀孕母猪 ,母猪精神、食欲、体温均正常 ,并在预产期顺利产仔 ,表现出良好的安全性。SA 弱毒免疫猪后 2周即产生抗体反应 ,免疫仔猪 4～ 6个月后 ,能抵抗强毒攻击 ;母猪在配种前 2周免疫 ,在怀孕 90～ 96d时 ,用强毒攻击 ,不表现任何临床症状 ,并顺利产仔 ,表现出坚强的免疫力。用SA 弱毒制备成冻干疫苗 ,免疫猪表现出良好的安全性和免疫力。证明PRRSV SA 弱毒疫苗能预防猪繁殖呼吸综合征。Piglets inoculated with attenuated strain of PRRSV-S A showed no bad clinical sign and did not shed virus; pregnant sows inoculated with the S A strain also showed no bad clinical sign and smoothly farrowed down in date due to farrow, showing good safety. Inoculated piglets produced antibody after two weeks and were able to resist the infection of virulent PRRSV after 4～6 months; sows inoculated with PRRSV-S A at 2 weeks before breeding were able to resist the infection and showed no bad clinical sign when they were in 90～96 days pregnant. Smoothly farrowing down showed their good immunity. The freeze-dried vaccine was prepared with attenuated PRRSV-S A and the inoculated pigs showed good safety and immunity, which proved that the attenuated vaccine of PRRSV-S A could prevent pigs from porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.
