脑组织糖胺聚糖对脑发育的影响

摘  要:研究目的探讨出生后不同年龄大鼠脑组织中糖胺聚糖对脑发育的影响。研究背景糖胺聚精在关节软骨和动脉壁中所起的作用报道很多,而在脑组织发育中的作用却报道甚少。研究方法测定出生后不同年龄大鼠脑组织(包括全脑、大脑、小脑和脑干)中的糖胺聚糖含量,并对精胺聚据与DNA含量之间的关系进行了统计学分析。结果大鼠全脑中精胺聚糖含量在出生后1~15天迅速增加,第30天下降至第8天水平,此后基本处于平稳状态。相关分析表明,粘胶聚糖含量与DNA含量呈正相关。脑组织中糖胺聚糖含量以大脑最高,脑干次之,小脑最低。结论糖胺聚糖与脑发育有密切关系。Objective To research the effects of glycosaminoglycans on the development of postnatul rat brain.Background The effect of glycosaminoglycans on articular cartilage and artery wall have been studied by many researchers, but the effects of glycosaminoglycans on the development of postnatal rat brain was reported rarely.Methods The content of glycosaminoglycans of postnatal rat brain (including whold beain, cerebrum, cerebellum and brainstem) in different ages were measured, and the relationship between glycosndnoglycans and DNA were analysed statistically.Results The contents of glycosaminoglycans of whole brain incrcased sharnly from day 1 to day 15, but redueed to the level of day 8 at day 30, afterwards, maintuined a stable levcl by day 120. Correlative analysis discovered that glycosaminoglycans and DNA had positive correlation. The glycosaminoglycans contents of brain stem were higher than that of cerebellum, but less than that of cerebrum.Conclution The results indicats that glycosaminoglycans played an importunt role in development of brain in rat.
