摘 要:从云南产凤尾茶ElsholitziabodinieriVaniot 全草的乙醇提取物中利用硅胶薄层层析及柱层析法分离纯化,波谱法进行化学成分结构鉴定,分离并鉴定了 7个化合物,分别为: 5, 7 -二羟基黄酮; 5, 7 二羟基 4′- 甲氧基黄酮; 5, 7, 3′, 4′- 四羟基黄酮; 5, 3′, 4′- 三羟基黄酮- 7 -O -β- D- 葡萄糖苷;齐墩果酸;β- 谷甾醇;胡萝卜甙。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Elsholtza bodinieri Vaniot..Method:The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column and the structures were elucidated by the NMR spectra and physico-chemical properties.Results:Seven compounds were obtained and they are identified as 5,7-dihydroxyflavone,5,7,3′,4-tetrahydroxyflavone,5,3′,4′-trihydroxy-7-O-β-D-glucoside,acacetin,oleanolic acid,β-sitosterol,daucosterol.Conclusion:All the compounds were obtained from Elsholtzia bodinieri Vaniot for the first time.
