摘  要:研究目的通过成分研究,找出有效成分。研究背景鞘柄菝葜是百合科药用植物,有关其成分分析及药理研究报道较少。研究方法通过冷浸、萃取及柱层折获得单体化合物,并用IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS等进行表征,确定其化学结构。结果从其根部获得的7个化合物分别为:木醛酮、薯蓣皂甙元、β-谷甾醇、3,5,4'-三羟基均二苯乙烯、3,5,3',4'-四羟基均二苯乙烯、胡萝卜甙和正丁基-β-D-果糖甙。结论鞘柄菝葜的活血功用可能与3,5,4'-三羟基均二苯乙烯及3,5,3',4'-四羟基均二苯乙烯有关。Effective constituents were found by separating its composition.Background Smilax Stans Maxim is a medical plant of Liliaceae. It constituents and pharmacological action report seldom on journal.Methods Uniform compounds were obtained by cold saturation, extrative, column,chromatography. The structures of it were deduced by IR spectra, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and MS.Results Seven compounds were isolated from root of Smilax Stans Maxim as friedelin,diosgenin, β-sitosterol, 3, 5, 4' -trihydroxydibenzo ethyene, 3, 5, 3', 4'-tetrahydroxydibenzo ethyene, daucosterol, butyl -β-D - frucoside respectively. Conclution Invigorate the circulation of blood of Smilax Stans Maxim perhaps is concerned about 3, 5, 4' - trihydroxydibenzo ethyene and 3, 5, 3', 4' - tetrahydroxydibenzo ethyene.
