摘　　要：本文利用满文档案史料探讨清代康熙年间黑龙江驻防八旗的机构、官员的设置、八旗兵丁的调整等问题,重点论述黑龙江驻防八旗的创建,期望能够促进驻防八旗制度研究。Based on Manchu files and materials, the paper states such things about garrison Eight Banners in Heilongjiang as organization, officers, and so on. The paper stresses on the foundation of the garrison Eight Banners in Heilongjiang hoping to develop the research on Eight Banners.
