径向多齿轮流量计的流量特性研究

摘　　要：针对现有的容积式流量计不能用来测量高压液压系统动态流量的现状 ,设计了一种径向多齿轮流量变送器 ,该变送器的流量脉动只有单片齿轮变送器脉动的 1/ 16,可用来测量高压液压系统动态流量。先将被测液体的流量信号转换为转速信号 ,再通过测速发电机将转速信号变为电信号 ,最终确定被测系统的动态流量。该流量计具有测量范围大、精度高。Base on the present status that the available volume flowmeter can not be used to measure the dynamic flow of the high pressure hydraulic system, a radial multi gear flow transformer was designed. The flow pulse of the transformer has a 1/16 pulse of single gear to measure dynamic flow of high pressure hydraulic system. It is first to transfer the flow signal of the liquid to a rotary signal and then to transfer the rotary signal to electric signal by the measured generator. Finally the dynamic flow of the measuring system was measured. The flowmeter has a wide measuring scale, high accuracy and good reliability.
