东北鹤虱胶囊的抗炎、镇痛、抗菌作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察东北鹤虱胶囊的抗炎、镇痛及抗菌作用。方法 :以小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎法 ,观察其抗炎作用 ;以化学致痛法 ,观察其对小鼠的止痛作用 ;并通过体外抑菌实验观察其抗菌作用。结果 :该药明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀 (P<0.05) ,显著减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.01) ;该药对球菌的作用相对较明显 ,尤以金黄色葡萄球菌最显著。结论 :该药具有镇痛、抗炎和抗菌作用 ,但对肠道菌群影响不明显。Objective:To observe the anti-inflammatory,analgesic and antibiotic effects of Dongbei Heshi Capsule.Methods:The effects of Dongbei Heshi Capsule on xylene-induced mouse ear acute inflammatory reaction and acid-induced writhing were studied in control mice and treated mice with Dongbei Heshi Capsule in three doses.The inhibitory effect on bacteria was studied in vitro.Results:This drug could significantly suppress xylene-induced mouse ear edema(P<0.05)and markedly decrease the writhing times of mice induced by acetic acid(P<0.01).This drug had antibacterial effects to cocci in vitro,especially best to staphyloˉcoccus aureus(s.aureus).Conclusion:The results show that Dongbei Heshi Capsule has anti- inflammatory,analgesic and antibiotic effects,but its anti-infestinal flora effect is notpromiˉnent.
