摘　　要：目的 :研究SARS(传染性非典型肺炎 )应激相关障碍与个性特征、应对方式的关系。方法 :用《简易SARS应激性障碍筛查量表》对因SARS流行而被隔离在校园达21天的大学生进行筛查 ,2732人中应激性障碍31人 (占1.1 % )。以在同一群体内随机选择59人为对照组 ,与病例组同时调查心身症状、个性特征和应对方式并进行病例对照研究。结果 :病例组心身症状10项因子分及总均分均极显著高于对照组 ,内向、情绪稳定性差、掩饰度低等不良个性特征和非解决问题、自责、幻想、退避等消极应对方式是SARS应激相关障碍的危险因素。结论 :SARS应激相关障碍会出现严重的心身症状 ,应引起高度重视。要加强心理社会因素与SARS应激相关障碍的深入研究 ,在大学生中积极开展有针对性的心理健康指导工作。Objective:To investigate the relationship between stress-related disorders and personality and coping pattern in college students.Methods:Using the brief screening scale of stress-related disorders(made by Tianjin Medical University),by screening there were toˉgether31students(1.1%)with stress-related disorders from2732students who were isolated in campus for3weeks because of SARS,59students were sampled in the same population by random as the control group.Both case group and control group were investigated on psychoˉsomatic symptoms,personnel characters,and coping patterns at the same time as a case-conˉtrol study.Results:The scores of10factors of psychosomatic symptoms and total mean scores in case group are significantly more than those in control group on some bad personality,such as introversion,emotional instability,less-disguise of emotion etc.In addition,some passive coping pattern were also the risk factors of stress-related disorders,such as unsolved probˉlems,condemnation,hallucination,withdrawal etc.Conclusion:The stress-related disorders by SARS can result in severe psychosomatic symptoms,it should be emphasized.It is imporˉtante to study carefully the psychosocial factors and the stress-related disorders by SARS in further,and give more psychological supporting in college students just against SARS.
