司帕沙星与氧氟沙星治疗老年人细菌性感染的对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :对照评价司帕沙星 (SPFX)与氧氟沙星 (OFLX)治疗老年人细菌性感染的临床及细菌学有效性和安全性。方法 :采用随机开放平行对照试验 ,将可评价的241例患者随机分为两组。试验 (T)组124例 ,给予口服司帕沙星300mg,qd ;对照 (C)组117例 ,给予口服氧氟沙星 ,轻 -中度感染为200mg,bid ,重度或假单胞菌感染为200mg,tid。两组疗程均为5～14d。结果 :T组与C组细菌阳性率各为81.45 %及80.34 %。两组总有效率各为93.55%及77.78% ,痊愈率各为65.32 %及48.72% ,细菌清除率各为93.07 %及77.66 % ,两组比较差异均显著 (P<0.05)。不良反应率各为3.22%及4.27 % ,两组比较无显著差异 (P>0.05)。结论 :司帕沙星治疗老年人细菌性感染高效、安全、副作用小。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Sparfloxacin(SPFX)compared with Ofoloxacin(OFLX)in treatment of bacterial infective disease in the aged.Methods:Using randomized controlled trial,241aged patients with bacterial infective disease were randomly divided in to two groups.Patients in group T(n=124)were treated with SPFX300mg,qd,po for5～14d.In group C(n=117)partial patients with slight and moderate infections were treated with OFLX200mg,bid,po for5～14d;and the other patients with severe and pseuˉdomonas infections received OFLX200mg,tid,po,course of treatment was5～14d.Results:The positive rate of presence of pathogens of group T and group C were81.45%and80.34%.The total clinical efficacy rates of T and C were93.55%and77.78%.The cure rate of T and C were65.32%and48.72%.The bacteriological clearance rates were93.07%and77.66%for both groups.Statistical significant difference were observed between the two group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reaction for group T and group C were3.22%and4.27%.There were no significant difference between the two group(P>0.05).Conclusion:SPFX is very efˉficacy and safe in treating bacterial infections in the aged.
