摘　　要：目的 :探讨射频消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的效果。方法 :对30例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者采用射频消融缩小双侧下鼻甲 ,术前及术后1个月观察鼻腔内下甲收缩程度及主观感觉。结果 :随访1个月检查双侧下鼻甲与鼻中隔的最小距离从术前小于0.2cm增加到术后大于0.3cm。结论 :射频消融术是安全、有效、微创地治疗下鼻甲肥大所致鼻塞的较好治疗方法。Objective:To study the efficiency of the Radiofrequency syndrome on the therapy of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods:30cases with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis patients were treated with Radiofrequency syndrome to decrease the two inferior nasal concha,then the inferior nasal concha decreasing leval and the sensitivity of patients were observed before operˉation and operation one month later.Results:One month after operation,the minimum distance between inferior nasal concha and nasal septum increased from0.2cm before operation to0.3cm after operation.Conclusion:The Radiofrequency syndrome is a secure,effective and little trauma method in curing nasal occlusion causeal by chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.
